About Youth Adda

Youth Adda, an initiative by UPICON , is a first-of-its-kind physical and digital platform dedicated to empowering the youth of Uttar Pradesh. It addresses key challenges faced by young individuals—particularly in Tier-2, Tier-3 cities and rural areas—by providing unified access to skilling, financing, mentorship, franchise models, and government schemes under one roof.

Rooted in the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath and inspired by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s call for a Viksit Bharat @2047 Youth Adda aims to transform the state's youth into job creators and self-reliant entrepreneurs.
